TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using the website and services provided by AJ The Client Nerd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. The Free 7-Day Client Test Drive

The Free 7-Day Client Test Drive includes a client offer, ad copy plus a matching image, a booking path, and three follow-up text messages. It is free to build and free to launch. You keep the assets built for you, even if you never hire me afterward. The test drive is a planning and build service designed to help you see where your next clients can come from. It does not constitute a guarantee of revenue or a guarantee of a specific number of clients.

2. Ad Spend

Paid advertising is paid by you directly to the ad platform (such as Meta or Google). Ad spend is not included in the free test drive and is your responsibility. I do not collect, hold, or pay ad budgets on your behalf.

3. The Booked-Call Promise

If your test drive does not get at least one booked call within 7 days, I will rework and relaunch it once at no charge. This requires that you run the agreed ad budget and reply to new leads within 24 hours. The Booked-Call Promise is a promise to rework and relaunch once, not a guarantee of a specific number of clients, calls, or revenue.

4. No Obligation

There is no requirement to hire me after the test drive. You keep everything built for you and decide for yourself whether ongoing help makes sense.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, visual systems, and methodology frameworks on this site are the intellectual property of AJ The Client Nerd. The test drive assets built specifically for you — including your client offer, ad copy and image, booking path, and follow-up messages — are yours to keep and use for your business.
